  • What is the return policy?
    Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses and phone numbers will not be refunded. It is up to the customer to correctly input all information carefully and cautiously. Note: if we have not shipped your package yet, we may be able to alter shipping information prior to sending. All sales are final after payment, meaning they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Note: Check all items before purchasing as accidental unwanted items will not receive a refund. Once packages have left Blackwater Crystals and are in transit, we no longer hold any responsibility or control over the items. Note: Packages are sent with tracked shipping to help prevent lost items. In the event a package is lost, we will try our best to locate the package. If you believe an item is missing from your order, we will only attempt to refund the missing item if an unboxing video was made upon initially opening the package. Note: We have to have proof of missing items for any refunds to be considered.
  • How does shipping work?
    Shipping and processing details: Processing time: after payment is received, items will be packaged up and shipped out typically within 3-5 business days (may take up to 7 business days). Shipping time: typically, 5-15 business days, however, shipping may be delayed due to covid, weather, or location. We do not ship to regions listed on the OFAC Sanctions List (Sanctions Programs and Country Information | U.S. Department of the Treasury). Shipping is a flat fee of $10 for all US residents unless free shipping requirements are met. All items are either packaged with bubble wrap, packaging peanuts, or biodegradable shipping materials.
